The recently remodeled dining room is better than ever, tastefully displaying the artisan-ship of the chefs in the open kitchen. Since 1979, Saji-Ya has specialized in the preparation of both sushi and northern Japanese fare. The freshness and quality of their seafood, flown in fresh from local fishermen in California and Hawaii, is unparalleled.

 

 

 

For a dining experience, visit Saji-Ya's Teppanyaki grill. Here, diners enjoy the artistry of expert chefs as they grill vegetables, chicken, scallops, shrimp, ribeye steak, or lobster right at the table. The Teppanyaki grill is the perfect place to entertain friends and family with a culinary spectacle that as delicious as it is fun to watch.This special section seats up to eight guests.

 

 

 

Other house specialties include lovely Shokado Bento entrees served in traditional Japanese lacquered trays, Nabe Mono one-pot entrees, and light and crispy vegetable or shrimp tempura.
