Pat from Saji-Ya here. Thought I’d try to create a space for some thoughts and dialog about Saji-Ya. Iv’e been here since 1987 and many things about Saji are the same but way more has changed.
I will try to answer as well as break down 31 years running a Japanese restaurant. This story will have lots of parts just as the restaurant has had ups and downs wins and compromise. Here we go!
